Reservations cannot be changed or canceled. No refunds shall be given. Resort has a strict maximum occupancy policy. Please advise resort if checking in late or on a later date. Please check minimum stay requirement. Reservation will be canceled otherwise after midnight of the check-in date. Office hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 5pm. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If you arrive after the office has closed please pick up the courtesy phone on the wall. You will be connected to another resort which is open 24 hours. Please give the caller the property you are checking into, your last name, first name. The caller will give you the code for the silver lockbox next to the courtesy phone on the wall.

Fee Advisements Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). Guest Services Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee. Additional Information Please review the Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the individual(s) named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless a Guest Certificate is obtained. The Certificate recipient must be over the age of 21. The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort.
